My College Experience

    My college experience so far has been pretty memorable.
There are many things that have happened so far that i won’t forget,
but there are also many things that i would like to forget. College is
definitely more fun and exciting than high school, the only bad things
is that there is a bit more work. The work amount that you get also
depends on your major. For example a few of my friends are majoring in
childhood education, and had so much work i barely ever get to see
them, and most of their work is reading and writing. Business is the
major here that doesn’t really get that much work. I am a business
major and so far in all of my business classes I’ve gotten about 3
hours of homework the whole semester so far, and i have talked to older
students that are business majors and they said that it doesn’t get
much worse than 5 hours of homework per class for the semester.

   
Off the work topic my college experience has been pretty good when it
comes to social life and going out and having fun with some friends.
There has never been a night that we haven’t found something to do,
whether it be just hangout and watch a movie, go play some basketball,
lifting at the gym, or going out around Albany. I don’t think that
there has been a night that i have gone to bed before 12, and there
certainly hasn’t been a day where i couldn’t find anything to do. I
never really believed anyone when they used to tell me that college
would be the time of my life, because all I could think of is how much
work that I am going to have to do. But now I see how much fun it
really is and that i am having the time of my life.
